What is included

Internet connection, firmware update, agreed basic security rules, configuration backup and handover. Basic testing and a short handover summary.

Prerequisites

Compatible supported equipment, working internet, authorised client access and a prepared environment where stated. Safe site access and no active compromise. Home and standard SMB tasks use the listed scope; education and corporate environments require discovery where additional requirements apply.

What is separate

Accessible supported hardware. VPNs, multiple VLANs, high availability, on-site installation and hardware are extra.

Hardware, licences, cabling, data migration, major remediation, parking, specialist subcontractors and additional work are excluded unless included in writing. We support all of Australia. Remote support is available nationally. On-site technician availability and any travel charge are confirmed for your postcode before booking.

When we prepare a project quote

New tenants, migrations, more than 40 devices, multiple sites or buildings, custom apps, complex VLAN/VPN work, active incidents and formal SLA or compliance requirements need discovery. CCTV and cabling need the appropriate qualified delivery partner.

Timing: We confirm the estimated delivery window after checking device condition, quantities and access. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are included in your written quote before booking.
