Start your business with laptops, software and setup planned together. Tell us how many people need devices and what they need to do. We recommend a suitable combination and send one itemised quote before you commit.

Build a bundle for your team

Laptops and accessories: choose devices to suit your work, budget and team size; docks, monitors and keyboards are optional.
Software licences: choose Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace. We recommend the appropriate plan and quantity. Licence costs, billing term and renewal conditions are stated separately in your quote.
Setup: device updates, user accounts, email and agreed apps. Security configuration and any migration work are scoped before you approve the quote.
Free remote support: 15 minutes per laptop or desktop bought from us, maximum 60 minutes. One invoice and one remote appointment; terms and conditions apply.

How the pricing works

Remote device setup starts at $199 including GST for one device, $378 for two, $895 for five or $1,690 for ten. These one-off labour packages cover a working supported device, account setup, updates, an existing Wi-Fi connection, one email account and one printer per device. This is a setup starting price, not the total bundle price. Your quote lists hardware, licences, agreed setup scope and quantity, optional extras, delivery and the GST-inclusive total. Tenant design, data migration, licences, repairs and on-site work are quoted separately.

There is no automatic bundle discount or subscription. Optional ongoing Business support is agreed and activated separately. Hardware availability and delivery dates are confirmed with the quote.

Know what your service includes.

Managed care: Foundation $438.90/month (up to 5 users and 5 computers; 2 technician hours), Shield $768.90 (10 and 10; 4 hours), Command $1,318.90 (20 and 20; 6 hours). All include GST and cover one site and one existing tenant. Licences and onboarding are separate. The full package fee applies below its limits; exceeding either count or recurring workload moves to the next suitable plan or a custom quote. Check your plan fit ↗

Prepaid support hours: Prepaid support hours must be used within 12 months from the invoice date. Any unused hours expire at the end of that period. Each new block has its own invoice date and expiry; topping up does not extend an earlier block. Current blocks and prices ↗

Prices, extras and booking — for home, business, education and trade

Standard packages are exempt from custom-work minimums. Custom remote work has a $250 minimum quoted engagement; custom on-site work has a $399 minimum, including GST. These are minimum totals, not surcharges. Monthly plan fees are unaffected.

Starting prices cover the listed labour and agreed quantity. We confirm compatibility, access, scope, availability and the GST-inclusive total before booking. Hardware, subscriptions, cabling, materials, migration, travel, parking and after-hours work are separate unless expressly included. We support customers across Australia. Remote services are available nationally; on-site availability and travel costs are confirmed for your postcode.

One-off endpoint or MDM setup does not include ongoing monitoring, incident response or vendor subscriptions. Monthly care has agreed device/user counts, included support, service windows and response targets. Education eligibility and procurement requirements are assessed separately. Extra work needs your approval before we proceed.
