The Magellan 3550HSi scanner offers many of the features that have made the Magellan family of imaging scanners so successful, including seamless 1D and 2D decoding, solid state electronics, image capture, compact size and easy service access for software updates or configuration changes. It also benefits from the advances made in imaging, illumination, processors and software that Datalogic has brought to the multi-plane market with the Magellan 9800i and 9400i scanners.

Improvements in both hardware and software enable a significant reduction in the brightness of the illumination while improving throughput, depth of field, and speed to read. The gentle, unobtrusive illumination reduces both direct and reflected illumination visible to users. This ensures a comfortable work environment and all day productivity. The Magellan 3550HSi scanner also has a larger, more intuitive scan zone, enabling more comfortable and efficient sweep scanning.

Know what your service includes.

Managed care: Foundation $438.90/month (up to 5 users and 5 computers; 2 technician hours), Shield $768.90 (10 and 10; 4 hours), Command $1,318.90 (20 and 20; 6 hours). All include GST and cover one site and one existing tenant. Licences and onboarding are separate. The full package fee applies below its limits; exceeding either count or recurring workload moves to the next suitable plan or a custom quote. Check your plan fit ↗

Prepaid support hours: Prepaid support hours must be used within 12 months from the invoice date. Any unused hours expire at the end of that period. Each new block has its own invoice date and expiry; topping up does not extend an earlier block. Current blocks and prices ↗

Prices, extras and booking — for home, business, education and trade

Standard packages are exempt from custom-work minimums. Custom remote work has a $250 minimum quoted engagement; custom on-site work has a $399 minimum, including GST. These are minimum totals, not surcharges. Monthly plan fees are unaffected.

Starting prices cover the listed labour and agreed quantity. We confirm compatibility, access, scope, availability and the GST-inclusive total before booking. Hardware, subscriptions, cabling, materials, migration, travel, parking and after-hours work are separate unless expressly included. We support customers across Australia. Remote services are available nationally; on-site availability and travel costs are confirmed for your postcode.

One-off endpoint or MDM setup does not include ongoing monitoring, incident response or vendor subscriptions. Monthly care has agreed device/user counts, included support, service windows and response targets. Education eligibility and procurement requirements are assessed separately. Extra work needs your approval before we proceed.
