What is included
Choose a simple accessory session, basic computer setup, home Wi-Fi configuration or comprehensive computer setup in the selector. Simple accessories: connect up to two supported USB webcams, monitors, headsets, keyboards or printers and check operation within 30 minutes. Basic computer: sign-in, existing Wi-Fi and updates within 60 minutes. Comprehensive setup (from $199/device): account setup, OS updates, existing Wi-Fi, one email account and one printer per device, basic testing and handover. Repairs, migrations and paid software are separate.
Prerequisites
Compatible supported equipment, working internet, authorised client access and a prepared environment where stated. Safe site access and no active compromise. Home and standard SMB tasks use the listed scope; education and corporate environments require discovery where additional requirements apply.
What is separate
Working supported devices with internet access. Data migration, repairs, paid software and on-site visits are extra.
Hardware, licences, cabling, data migration, major remediation, parking, specialist subcontractors and additional work are excluded unless included in writing. We support all of Australia. Remote support is available nationally. On-site technician availability and any travel charge are confirmed for your postcode before booking.
When we prepare a project quote
New tenants, migrations, more than 40 devices, multiple sites or buildings, custom apps, complex VLAN/VPN work, active incidents and formal SLA or compliance requirements need discovery. CCTV and cabling need the appropriate qualified delivery partner.
Timing: We confirm the estimated delivery window after checking device condition, quantities and access. Cancellation and rescheduling terms are included in your written quote before booking.

Prices are AUD including GST. The task, quantity and delivery method determine the estimate. Home and business use the published rates for the stated simple scope. Education work is scoped and quoted around the school’s requirements.

Simple setup means connecting supported equipment, basic settings and a working check. Computer setup covers sign-in, existing Wi-Fi and updates within the time allowance. A home Wi-Fi task covers one existing system with standard settings. Cabling, mounting, repairs, migrations, new business tenants, managed security, complex networks and meeting-room installations need a separate scoped quote. Comprehensive computer setup remains from $199 per device; specialist technician work remains $429 for two hours at $214.50/hour.
One booking, one on-site call-out. We combine selected tasks at one address. Buying a webcam does not automatically require a technician visit. Eligible laptop / desktop purchases include 15 minutes free remote support per device, capped at 60 minutes; terms apply. We confirm any free allowance before quoting paid work, so the same support time is not charged twice.
Australia-wide: remote support nationally; on-site availability and any travel cost confirmed for your postcode. The estimate excludes hardware, licences, travel and specialist installation. Your written quote confirms the complete GST-inclusive total before booking.
